Frank Riddick repairs a bike while Joseph West, age 9, grandson Ben Wilson, age 10, and Rayshun Shields, age 12, peer into his workshop near Clinton in Hickman County. Riddick, who children simply call “the Bike Man,” has been repairing bikes for 11 years and giving them away to kids who do not have one.
