From Kentucky Living’s 2010 photo contest, we chose this 2nd-place entry in the Sports/Action category to be featured on our cover because of the exciting action—the subject’s intense expression and arms and legs in motion everywhere as Katie Crawford of the Berea Stealers steals home at Franklin County Park. The photo was taken by Tammy S. Johnson of Berea, a member of Blue Grass Energy.
