2001 National Farm Machinery Show

See and experience the future of farming innovations, techniques, and equipment under one gigantic roof at the 36th National Farm Machinery Show. The largest indoor farm show in America is held February 14-17 at the Kentucky Fair & Exposition Center in Louisville.

This year's theme, "Cultivating the Millennium," stresses the technological explosion that is revolutionizing every imaginable aspect of the agriculture industry. Livestock and dairy producers, farmers, distributors, researchers, and other agribusiness professionals will find the interactive exhibits and free educational seminars beneficial.

Over one million square feet of the Kentucky Fair & Exposition Center houses more than 800 exhibits displaying computer software, electronics, breeder services, chemicals, fertilizers, livestock supplies, and more. Virtually every major line of equipment will be featured under one roof, allowing product comparison without leaving the climate-controlled complex.

Souvenirs, cosmetics, collectibles, jewelry, arts, crafts, and more are available in the Family Living Center. This area offers a change of pace from the show floor with unique gifts for friends, farm toys for the kids, and special accessories for the home.

Admission to the National Farm Machinery Show is free and parking is $3. Exhibits are open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily (Eastern Standard Time).

Another exciting part of the National Farm Machinery Show is the 33rd Championship Tractor Pull. Four performances February 14-17 provide the evening entertainment after a day on the show floor, and an additional performance is offered on Saturday afternoon.
