Linda has been the Kentucky Cooks columnist for Kentucky Living since 1995, and she also writes the food column for Kentucky Living's sister publication, Penn Lines, in Pennsylvania. Planning ahead about three to four months, Linda prepares the food shot used in each photoshoot for that month's Kentucky Living issue. Generally Linda presents recipes with a surrounding theme, such as for holidays, special diets, and seasonal favorites. Linda writes from her home in Bullitt County, Kentucky, where she lives with her daughter Noelle. Linda loves holidays and cooking for her grown sons, Chris and Scott, daughter-in-law Andrea, and grandson Nick. |
