2. Change pizza toppings according to the seasons and the ingredients you have on hand. Pre-cook hard vegetables a little before they go in the oven on the pizza. Also consider replacing tomato sauce with pestos made of herbs and leafy greens – sage, rosemary and spinach is delicious.
