Abigail Adams' tofu chocolate pudding

Ingredients
12 ounces drained tofu**
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
pinch of salt
**Any kind of tofu will work, but silken tofu already has a smooth, pudding-like consistency when you buy it.
Directions
The recipe for Abigail Adams� tofu chocolate pudding is simple. Combine ingredients in a food processor or blender*. Blend/process until smooth, scraping down the sides of the container. Pour into a bowl or serving bowls and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
*Tracy says that this is slightly easier in the food processor than in the blender.
