Owensboro basketball star and 2011 FIBA Americas Under-16 Championship Gold Medalist Rebecca Greenwell will be Honorary Grand Marshall. In celebration of being located on the mighty Ohio River, the renovation of Smother’s Park, the Mitch McConnell Plaza, the new river wall, and the new hotel and convention center being built along the river, this year’s theme is “River Front Christmas.” For more info, go online to www.christmasparade.net or call (270) 313-1566.
