RULES

Entries must be the original work of the photographer making the submission; no studio or professional shots accepted. Photos must be in .jpg format, and submissions must be received by the expiration date.

Photo Tips: There is a lot of interest in our Snap Shot column, and competition is always tough. Make sure your picture is taken at the highest resolution possible, that it is in focus, and that the main subject of the picture is well-lit and can be seen clearly.

Digital photos should be 72 dpi jpegs in the file-size range of 1MB-2MB.
