Around the table | Fun in the sun

SUMMER DAYS SHOULD BE SPENT with friends and family by the pool with frozen ice pops in hand and the smell of the grill being fired up. 

A patriotic fruit pizza, with its thick shortbread crust and smooth cream cheese frosting topped with ripe summer berries, is a fitting way to celebrate one of my favorite holidays, right around the corner. 

This fruit pizza is always a crowd favorite and a must to make every 4th of July.
