Electric Vehicle Ride/Drive Event

September 25, 2022 10:00 AM
Lexington, KY 40509, KY United States
free

The Tesla Owners Club of Kentucky and EVolve KY, both non-profit organizations, are hosting an event in Lexington for the general public to see and compare a wide range of Electric Vehicles. The event will feature all vehicles that can be plugged in, and that a person can ride in or on.

Owners and auto dealers will have numerous vehicles for show and ride and drives. Expected vehicles include Tesla (S, 3, X, Y), Rivian R1T, Lucid Air, Ford Mustang Mach-E, Kia EV6, Nissan Leaf, Chevy Bolt/Volt, VW ID4, and many more!

Be sure to check out our sister event in Louisville on Saturday, Sept 24

This is an opportunity to talk directly with electric vehicle (EV) owners about their real world experiences with electric vehicles. Want to know what it’s like to take a long road trip in an electric car? Our members have thousands of miles of road trip experiences. Curious about how to find a charger on the road and how long it takes to charge? The answers are here. What about maintenance? There’s very little maintenance needed, and owners can tell you why.

It will be at the discretion of each owner to allow attendees to enter their vehicle. It is also at their own risk to take attendees on “ride alongs”. Meeting organizers are not responsible for damage to vehicles or stolen property. Attendees should be respectful of the owners property.

Event to be held on northwest corner of Vine and Quality streets in downtown Lexington.
