The photography of Sydney Smith will be featured during the free Gallery Walk from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, August 12, 2016, at the Art Depository. The Art Depository is located at 106 East Maple Street in Nicholasville.
Sydney Smith’s photography highlights the wonder and magic of natural objects and their place in the surrounding world that are sometimes overlooked in the grind of day-to-day life. Smith brings a unique worldview and a sense of humor to the stories she tells with her photographs.
The Gallery Walk is presented by the Jessamine County Creative Art League. In addition to the Art Depository, participating venues in downtown Nicholasville include the Old Jail, the Polvino Family Art Center, the Gullette & Grayson Law Office, and the County Law Library.
The Art Depository offers the paintings and multimedia works of regional artists for sale. The Art Depository is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
