As we went to press with Kentucky Living’s annual April Travel Issue, the COVID-19 health emergency was breaking. We realize there will be many changes to tourism events and other activities over the coming weeks. Please be sure to verify all events and activities on company websites and/or on social media before you go. We will make sure all events on are updated as we are notified or become aware of cancellations.
While observing recommended health guidelines, we encourage you to continue to support our travel partners and other advertisers, along with your local businesses. During and when this health crisis is over, they will need our help due to the economic hardship.

Stay for the entire day! Food will be available for purchase from Wake and Bake and The Combination just outside the entrance. No food or drink is permitted inside the building.

Come join us for our first annual M4K Music Fest featuring: Travis Kern, The Altruistics, IntoWishin, Blue Groove Jazz and Soul Revue. Festival proceeds will benefit the Children in Crisis program sponsored by the Danville-Boyle County Sheriff’s department. This program provides comfort drawstring backpacks containing basic items a boy or girl may need in the short term or that would bring comfort. These are given to children in crisis who are displaced due to drugs, crime, divorce or other family issues in the home. If the M4K event goes as is hoped, any excess will be put toward other areas of need, including: an Amtryke tricycle for a local child with physical limitations that has been vetted by the Kentucky-Tennessee District of Kiwanis International, and one or more higher education scholarships for graduating high school seniors from DHS, BCHS, KSD and DCA. Tickets will be $10 in advance and $15 at the door on the day of the event.
