Multimedia Trumpet & Organ Concert

October 8, 2023 3:30 PM
1000 Tates Creek Road

Come hear a multimedia trumpet & organ concert by the Seipp/Sheets Duo from Washington DC.
Chuck Seipp is former trumpeter with The United States Army Band, “Pershing’s Own”, in Washington, DC and Randall Sheets is former Ceremonial Organist for Arlington National Cemetery.
We both have performed for thousands of military funerals in Arlington National Cemetery honoring our veterans and, in our programs, we honor veterans with a musical tribute to a moving video. Knowing the vast number of veterans you have in the area, this would a wonderful connection and be of great interest to your community.
It is a unique concert experience because everything is performed to video which the duo’s audiences absolutely love!

The concert will be held at Faith Lutheran Church, Lexington on Sunday October 8 at 3:30PM.
Free admission but tickets are required. Attached is a flyer and press release with all the information.

Thank you very much,

“The Seipp/Sheets Duo program featured several works written and arranged for them with unique performance enhancements through video presentations to all of their selections. The audience thoroughly enjoyed their entertaining program of music by Bach, Vivaldi, Handel, Mussorgsky, Gershwin and Freddie Mercury. Six trumpets brought flare and fun to the Carnival of Venice. We were mesmerized by flourishes and the beauty of Rhapsody in Blue, and captivated by the power demonstrated in Widor’s Toccata for solo organ. Not to mention moving video presentations, the audience spontaneously singing along to the greatest rock song of all time, an out-of-this-world silent movie, and special tributes to Responders and Veterans…..this was one of the most memorable concerts I have ever witnessed!”
