Natural Bridge Artisan Festival

The Natural Bridge Artisan Festival is a celebration of Appalachian heritage through the showcasing of mountain crafts, skills, talents cuisine, and more. This festival is a project of the Natural Bridge Park Association who is dedicated to attracting visitors into the area where they can enjoy the beautiful scenery, experience mountain traditions, and learn about our mountain heritage. The association recognizes event tourism as an economic driver and recognize that visitors who attend the festival are also supporting local accommodations and businesses in the Natural Bridge/Slade area and surrounding counties.

In 2022 The Natural Bridge Artisan Festival has around 75 vendors. Location is the Natural Bridge Campground located on Railroad street behind the Slade Welcome Center Exit #33 off the Mountain Parkway.

Festival hours are Friday Aug 19th from 12pm-6pm, Saturday, August 20th from 10am-6pm, and Sunday August 21st from 10am-6pm.

The annual Quilt Showcase will be located in the Slade Welcome Center. Be sure to stop in and view these beautiful quilts and learn the stories behind their making. Show hours are Saturday and Sunday 10am-5pm
