White Squirrel Arts Fest

Join a family friendly celebration of the arts and sciences at Bowling Green’s first annual White Squirrel Arts Fest, April 21-23rd, 2023 in downtown Bowling Green, KY. Enjoy concerts, the arts fair, science exhibits, plays, poetry slams, talent shows, writers’ conference, food; activities for all ages.
The Fest kicks off with a Seals & Crofts 2 concert Friday night at the Capitol Theatre. The youth performance of “Mama Mia” opens Friday night also, at the Bowling Green HS Performing Arts Center. Or see Shrek Jr., the Musical at the Sky Pac.
On Saturday enjoy music, arts exhibits, science demonstrations, the writers conference, plays, talent shows and poetry slams. There are events for all ages all over town, from Fountain Square Park, down the Heritage Trail to Circus Square Park and extending down State Street to the Shake Rag district. Visit many events free, shop at the art fair, enjoy scrumptious food and live music, compete in the poetry slam (youth or adult) or the youth talent show, or cruise the writers’ conference. And see the Stevie Wonder tribute Saturday night at the Sky Pac.
On Sunday, listen to a play reading of an original work, watch the closing performance of “Mamma Mia,” and enjoy the Jimmorial Jam.
