Held in October at the beautiful Coal Run City Park\, the event brings together artists\, musicians\, makers\, and community members for a weekend of creativity\, connection\, and celebration. \nThrough live music\, art exhibitions\, workshops\, and educational experiences\, the festival creates space for Appalachian women to share their voices\, talents\, and stories in a welcoming and supportive environment. \nThe schedule will include: \nThursday\, October 15 (12:00-2:00pm): The Front Porch Panel-The Power of the Appalachian Woman\, University of Pikeville Booth Auditorium \nFriday\, October 16 (4:00pm-10:00pm) and Saturday\, October 17 (10:00am-10:00pm)\nLive music\nSocial Influencer Meet & Greets\nMountain Grrls Onstage Open Mic\nWorkshops (flatfoot dancing\, dulcimer playing\, screen printing\, art-making\, writing\, etc.)\nArtisan Vendors\, Vintage Market & Food Trucks\nCommunity Hub Information Booths \nFunds raised during the event will support the Pike County Domestic Violence Coalition. \nJoin us in celebrating and nurturing the artistry\, creativity\, and strength of Appalachian women.
