  • SimpleSaver
    Peak demand usage conservation program; $20/year for each participating central air conditioner, $10 per year for each 40+ gallon water heater. For more info see “SimpleSaver” article at top.
  • Button-Up Weatherization
    Incentives for increasing insulation in the home; $40 rebate per 1,000 BTU reduced, with a maximum of $750 per home.
  • Button-Up Weatherization with Air Sealing
    Incentive for increasing energy efficiency through caulking, improved window and door seals, replacement windows and doors, insulation, etc.; rebates up to $1,370, determined by Btuh reduction verified by pre- and post-blower door testing.
  • Touchstone Energy Home
    Incentive of $750 for making new homes more energy efficient through heating systems, insulation, weatherization, etc. All prescriptive requirements must be met.
  • HVAC Duct Sealing
    Improperly sealed duct work wastes energy. Call Farmers RECC to see if you qualify for this free program to seal your home’s duct work.
  • Heat Pump Retrofit
    Up to $1,000 rebate for replacement of existing resistance heat source (i.e., electric furnace, ceiling cable, or baseboard heat) with high-efficiency heat pump.
  • Appliance Recycling Program
    Recycle your old, working refrigerator or freezer and receive a $50 rebate. Your old unit will be picked up and recycled for you.
  • ENERGY STAR Appliance Rebate
    If you are replacing an appliance in your home, consider getting an ENERGY STAR appliance, receive a rebate now and enjoy the energy savings later! *Rebate amount varies depending on the purchased appliance.
  • ENERGY STAR Manufactured Home Program
    If you’re thinking of purchasing a new manufactured home, be sure to request the ENERGY STAR Manufactured Home Program to your salesperson. You may be eligible for an ENERGY STAR-certified upgrade at no additional cost. In most cases, manufactured homes installed in our co-op service territory may be upgraded to ENERGY STAR standards through this energy-efficiency program. Right now, that’s an average savings of about $1,100 each year or about $90 a month on your electric bill.
