Gibson Electric Membership Corporation has a new mobile app that enables members to easily manage their account details, view bills, make payments, schedule alerts and reminders, receive push notifications, and more—all quickly and securely. Gibson EMC personnel hit the road, visiting member service centers to help download the app, demonstrate its features, and hand out free screen cleaners. Among the other advantages, the app also makes it easy for members to report an outage.
“We want to make sure doing business with Gibson EMC is as easy as possible,” says Kerry D. Watson, vice president of Member Care. “We know it is important to provide our members with the technology that makes it so easy to do so many things.”
