- 3 Tbsp butter
- 2 ½ C uncooked elbow macaroni (or your favorite type)
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 C milk
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- Dash of pepper
Preheat the oven to 350°. Put butter in a 9×13- inch baking dish and place in the preheating oven to melt. Once melted, remove pan, then add uncooked macaroni and stir well.
Stir in salt, pepper and cheese, making sure that the cheese is evenly distributed throughout the pan. Pour in milk. Do not stir.
Bake for 1 hour. Serves 10-12.
