Benedictine Spread
Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
- 3 Tablespoons grated cucumber (drain well with paper towel)
- 1 teaspoon green onion, finely chopped, tops included
- 1 drop green food coloring
- Dash of Tabasco sauce
Directions
Blend all ingredients together and mix well. Serve as dip or spread for finger sandwiches.
