Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 C milk
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 C diced onion
- 1 C shredded cheese
- 1 unbaked deep-dish pie shell
- Reserved cheese for topping
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°. Brown sausage and drain. Beat together 4 eggs; add milk, spices and onion. Mix well. Add sausage and 1 cup of any cheese you like. Pour into unbaked deep-dish pie shell. Sprinkle some cheese on top. Bake for 45 minutes. Serves 8.
