Creamy Pumpkin Dessert Dip

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 C canned pumpkin puree
- 1 C powdered sugar, divided
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Directions
Add cream cheese to a large bowl and beat with a hand mixer for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps. Add pumpkin puree and mix again for one minute, until color changes to light orange and mixture is fluffy. Add a half cup of powdered sugar and mix. Scrape down the sides with a spatula, then add in vanilla, spices and the remaining half cup of powdered sugar. Give it one more good mix for about a minute to make sure that it’s smooth, light and fluffy. Serve immediately with gingersnaps, vanilla wafers or pretzels, or place in the fridge to chill until ready to serve. Serves 10.
