Fridge Frittata

  • 2 cups Shredded jack cheese
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1 green pepper diced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 6 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 small zucchini diced
  • 1 large tomato chopped


My weekend go to breakfast when clearing out the fridge.

Use a large baking dish

8-12 eggs whisked

Whatever you have in the fridge will work.

Example:  this is what I put in this week’s frittata because this is what was in fridge.

Place all in a large bowl,  add whisked eggs and mix.

Spray or oil your baking dish
Pour all ingredients into dish
Baker at 350 for approximately 45 mins
Until top is slightly turning brown

Remove and serve
