Giant French Toast Breakfast

- 6 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 Tablespoons melted butter
- Powdered sugar
Directions
Butter a 9 x 13 pan (do not use glass pans). Heat oven to 450°. In medium bowl, whisk together eggs, flour, salt, milk, vanilla, and melted butter. Pour into prepared pan and bake at 450° for 18 minutes. Then reduce heat to 350° and continue baking for an additional 10-12 minutes until puffed and golden brown. Remove and immediately sprinkle with powdered sugar or serve with melted butter and syrup.
