Grilled Teriyaki Beef Kabobs

  • 1 lb beef tenderloin (filet) or sirloin steak
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper Fresh pineapple
  • 1 Vidalia onion
  • Teriyaki marinade of your choice
  • Olive oil
  • Skewers (if wooden, soak in water to prevent burning)


Cut the steak into small chunks and pour the teriyaki marinade over the steak. Let marinade overnight.  Cut the green pepper, fresh pineapple and onion into chunks the day of grilling or the day before.  Alternate sliding the peppers, pineapple, onion and steak onto the skewer until it is full—usually, four pieces of steak to a skewer. Use a basting brush to coat the skewers with olive oil and place on a low burning grill. Turn the skewers to prevent burning.
