Hot Laced Marshmallow Chocolate


  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2/3 cup marshmallow cream
  • 1/4 cup amaretto or other almond flavored liqueur


Combine cocoa and sugar in a medium saucepan and gradually stir in milk.

Add marshmallow cream and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a whisk until smooth.

Stop cooking just before liquid reaches boiling point.

Stir in liqueur and serve with whipped cream.

Yield -3-1/2 cups.
