Party Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. frozen Ore-Ida™ hash browns
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • Plain potato chips, crushed

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a 3 qt. casserole. Cover top with potato chips. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
