The Whistle Stop’s Smoked Gouda Pimento Cheese

- 5 cups
- 2 C smoked Gouda cheese, shredded
- 1 C cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄3 C mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 tsp salt
- 1⁄4 tsp black pepper
- 1⁄4 tsp Frank’s RedHot sauce
- 1 C diced pimentos, drained
- 1 C bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
Use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese until smooth. By hand, stir in the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
Serve with crackers or make a grilled toasted sandwich.
