- 3/4 lb. small red potatoes
- 2 oz. cream cheese
- 1 Tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1 teaspoon dried chives
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a saucepan boil unpeeled potatoes over medium heat until tender. Drain.
With a potato masher or electric mixer (low speed), mash potatoes with milk and
remaining ingredients. Add more milk if a thinner consistency is desired.
