Our Energy Update bill insert is going digital
Our monthly Energy Update bill insert—a source for practical, money-saving energy tips—is moving to a digital-only format. The same great advice you count on each month isn’t going anywhere and it is easy to access:
•Members on paperless billing will continue to receive a direct link to the insert with each monthly bill notification via email or text.
•All members can access current and past Energy Update bill inserts anytime on our free SmartHub app or at nolinrecc.com.
•Follow us on social media—we’ll share each month’s insert across our channels so the tips are easy to find, save and share.
We will also continue to share energy education through Kentucky Living magazine, radio spots and our podcast.
Whether it’s ideas for reducing your summer cooling bill, DIY energy efficiency projects or winterizing your home, we will keep delivering the education you need to make the best decisions for your household and budget.
Switch to paperless and earn a $10 bill credit
You can go paperless with your bill too—and now it pays! Members with a post-pay account who enroll in paperless billing (stop receiving a paper bill in the mail) by Oct. 31 will receive a one-time $10 bill credit and be entered in a drawing to win a $250 bill credit. Members already enrolled in paperless bill notifications are automatically eligible for the $250 drawing.
Only members enrolling during the promotional period will receive the $10 credit and must remain enrolled to retain it. Limit one bill credit and one drawing entry per bill.
Visit nolinrecc.com or call (270) 765-6153 for full details and to enroll today.
