2026 Annual Meeting and Member Appreciation Day

Meade County RECC hosted its annual meeting on Monday, June 8, at the Meade County Fairgrounds in Brandenburg. During this year’s drive-thru event, members received a bucket filled with LED lightbulbs and information highlighting the cooperative’s accomplishments over the past year. Each registered member also enjoyed a choice of a hot dog or hamburger, along with chips and bottled water. We were pleased to welcome 293 members to this year’s annual meeting.

We also hosted a Member Appreciation Day drive-thru event on Thursday, June 11, at the Breckinridge County Cooperative Extension Office in Hardinsburg. Members once again received buckets with LED lightbulbs and enjoyed a choice of a hot dog or hamburger, chips and bottled water. We were happy to see more than 470 members attend the event, and we appreciate everyone who took the time to join us.
