Project PowerShift

West Kentucky RECC is now accepting qualifying member enrollment for the Project PowerShift Generator Program. The Project PowerShift Generator Program is a demand response program that utilizes existing member-owned whole-home backup generators to reduce system peak demand of the West Kentucky RECC distribution system. This program provides participating members a monthly bill credit equal to $5/kW of offset demand, coincident with the monthly WKRECC “on-peak” system peak, plus an annual $100 reimbursement for proof of annual servicing of the generator.
