Pennyrile Electric

Pennyrile Electric was formed by western Kentucky neighbors who wanted electricity to reach rural homes, and serving those communities remains our purpose. Our teams maintain more than 5,000 miles of lines in nine counties, with an emphasis on safety, dependable service and responsible costs. We also work with local partners on economic development and broadband because strong connections help our region thrive.
