Swedish Fish? According to a report from candystore.com, Swedish Fish took top honors as the most popular Halloween candy in Kentucky; followed by Tootsie Pops and Reese’s Cups. Kentucky (and only Kentucky) holds the distinct honor for this little gummie treat. Swedish Fish didn’t even make the Top 10 Halloween candies of 2019.
