- Serves 6.
- 1 lb. fresh cranberries
- 1 orange, unpeeled, sliced and seeded
- 1 apple, unpeeled, cored
- 1 lemon, unpeeled, sliced and seeded
- 1 cup sugar
Place cranberries, orange, apple, and lemon in food processor and grind for a few seconds until you have a medium consistency. Don’t over-process. Pour into large bowl and add sugar. Mix well and store in airtight container. Will keep in refrigerator for several weeks.
