- 3 cups mixed salad greens (I use escarole, endive, and radicchio)
- 1 large tomato, cut into chunks
- 1/2 medium purple onion, cut into rings
- 8 oz. grilled steak, cut into thin strips
- Bleu cheese dressing
Arrange salad greens on a plate and top with tomato, onion, and steak.
Serve with your favorite bleu cheese dressing.
