Steak Salad


  • 3 cups mixed salad greens (I use escarole, endive, and radicchio)
  • 1 large tomato, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 medium purple onion, cut into rings
  • 8 oz. grilled steak, cut into thin strips
  • Bleu cheese dressing


Arrange salad greens on a plate and top with tomato, onion, and steak.

Serve with your favorite bleu cheese dressing.

Serves 4.
