In its second full year in Frankfort, the Kentucky Rural Electric Cooperative Caucus met on February 6 in the Kentucky State Capitol Annex. Legislators who belong to the 100-member caucus receive updates and information about how co-ops work and the issues that affect the reliability and affordability of electric service.
