Abigail Adams’ Tofu Chocolate Pudding

  • Serves 4.


  • 12 ounces drained tofu (Any kind of tofu will work, but silken tofu already has a smooth, pudding-like consistency when you buy it.)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • pinch of salt


The recipe for Abigail Adams� tofu chocolate pudding is simple. Combine ingredients in a food processor or blender*. Blend/process until smooth, scraping down the sides of the container. Pour into a bowl or serving bowls and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.

*Tracy says that this is slightly easier in the food processor than in the blender.
