Blackberry Ice Cream

  • Makes 3 quarts.


  • 1 quart milk
  • 1 pint half-and-half
  • 2 (14-oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almont extract
  • 1 quart fresh blackberries, rinsed and drained


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour mixture into freezer container of a 5-quart ice cream freezer. Freeze accordingly to manufacturer’s instructions.
