Grasshopper Pie (1990)
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 2 oz. chocolate chips
- 9-inch pie shell, unbaked
Directions

Combine all in ingredients in a medium mixing bowl, mix well. Pour filling into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
