Jazzman’s Chicken Marinade

- Makes 1 cup.
SERVES
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over chicken pieces. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Use marinade to baste chicken while grilling. Will marinate one chicken.
