Pico de Gallo


  • 4 ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup jalapeno peppers, finely chopped (include juice)
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh cilantro if possible (dried will do)
  • a few drops of lime juice


Mix ingredients together and store in a jar. Keep refrigerated.
