Pork Loin for Fifty

Rub a large whole boneless pork loin with dry mustard, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper and garlic.

Place in large baking bag with 1/4 cup water.

Bake approximately 2 hours at 325°.

Slice thin and serve with party bread or yeast rolls and your favorite mustard.
