Nazareth Home will host a free Heart Month educational session exploring common myths and facts about aging with heart disease, led by a cardiology specialist from Norton Heart & Vascular Institute.

As part of Heart Month, Nazareth Home invites the community to a free educational session focused on what changes are a normal part of aging, which symptoms should never be ignored, and how today’s treatments are helping older adults live longer, fuller, heart-healthy lives. Complimentary blood pressure and glucose screenings will also be available to help attendees better understand their cardiovascular risk factors and take proactive steps toward improved health.
