An Evening with Abraham Lincoln

Come to the Forkland Community Center on Saturday, April 25 and spend an Evening with Abraham Lincoln as part of the series of events being held in Boyle County to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary.

Award-winning Lincoln presenter Jacob Truax will give a 75 minute, one-man show, recounting the extraordinary arcs in the life of America’s 16th president, who was born in Larue County in 1809. Truax will also bring along Mary Lincoln – wife of “Honest Abe” – who will be portrayed by his significant other, Laura Schlesinger.

Admission is free, but seating is limited to the building’s capacity.
