Healthy Living & Giving Health Fair (Sponsored by Baptist Health La Grange)

The 3rd Annual Healthy Living and Giving Health Fair is sponsored by Baptist Health La Grange and was designed to accomplish two goals: increase visibility and educate attendees about health care options, health providers and health services in our area; and to collect canned goods for High Point Charitable Services, which serves hundreds of client families every month to help with food sufficiency. New to this year’s event is “Build the Bank.” This is a two-part challenge – local companies are being asked to collect cans at their places of business between September 1st and October 1st. Teams representing these organizations come to CityPlace to use those cans to build a sculpture that represents the theme of Healthy Living. Health Fair attendees can pay $1 to vote for their favorite sculpture. All event proceeds and cans collected will be donated to HighPoint.
