Lake Cumberland Polar Plunge

Sign-up to lead a team of Plungers, join a team, or register as an individual Plunger. Next, set a personal or team fundraising goal and collect donations from friends, family, co-workers, and neighbors in exchange for the right to jump into the frigid water. All Plungers MUST raise at least $75 to participate ($50 for Junior Plungers ages 6-18). And, the more you raise, the more prizes you will earn!
