Marion County Country Ham Days
Lebanon, KY 40033 United States
For nearly 50 years, we have celebrated Marion County Country Ham Days the last full weekend in September. The festival welcomes over 40,000 visitors and has been named a “Kentucky Top-Ten Event.” Ham Days began in 1969, and started with a mere six hams. Today, over 4,000 pounds of country ham are served at our famous Country Ham Breakfast. But, there’s more than just a great breakfast. Friday night enjoy a great country concert. Saturday morning begins with one of the largest 5K races in the state with up to 1,000 runners. Musical groups and other entertainment are often hammin’ it up on the Main Stage both days of the festival. And, don’t miss the huge Pigasus Parade. Hot Air Balloons light up the autumn sky during the Balloon Glow Saturday night and see the huge balloons fly over Lebanon early Sunday. Be sure to head back Sunday for the Car, Truck & Motorcycle Show. And there’s more! Find other Ham Days attractions like handcrafted items in the Arts & Crafts Area; products made right here in Kentucky in the Kentucky Proud area; rides for the kids at the Carnival; antique tractors and steam engines; and a huge flea market. Come join us for one of the biggest and best fall festivals in Kentucky!
