Rain or shine – we’ll strike a post in the barn in the event of inclement weather, otherwise we’ll be out in the lavender fields.

Tiffany Stafford is a 500-hour yoga teacher, nutrition consultant, holistic health practitioner, master herbalist, and weight management coach.
