Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip



  • 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 bottle (12 oz) Franks Buffalo Wing Sauce, or other hot sauce
  • 1 stick butter
  • 12 oz cream cheese
  • 2 C shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 bottle (2 C) ranch or blue cheese dressing (optional; dish is spicier without it)


Cook chicken until done, then shred or cut it into small pieces. Melt butter in frying pan, add the chicken and hot sauce. Sauté for 15 minutes. Take off burner and add cheese and dressing. Spread cream cheese evenly in bottom of 13” x 9” pan. Spread the chicken mixture over it, bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with celery or tortilla chips.
